Thin Sheet

NiTinol wire is supplied in a wide variety of different alloys, sizes, conditions and surfaces. For a complete specification, the following parameters have to be defined:

Alloy types: NiTinol sheet is available in different alloy compositions, some of which are superelastic materials (Alloy S), others are used as actuator materials (Alloy M and H).
Thermomechanical condition: Each sheet can be supplied in different conditions, such as cold worked, flat annealed or shape annealed.
Surface preparation: From standard dark grey oxide up to oxide-free (pickled) and ground or polished sheet surfaces.

Conditions:
• Af-temperatures between -100°C up to +120°C (standard alloys 0°C up to +120°C)
• alloy fabrication possible upon special request

Available as:
Alloy S
(Superelastic)
Alloy M
(Shape Memory)
Alloy H (Shape Memory)
